Friendly staff and nice pool. Rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained.

A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Location just next door to water. Also, close to everything. A really great stay for the price.

The breakfast looked wonderful with lots of options.

The location was perfect, close to a steel roller coaster. The area was good and just right for me. The breakfast was warm and amazing with a wide range of options in the pool area.

Having No hot water for showers!!!! Freezing cold- not even Luke warm (on this 2 day-3 night stay out of town work trip for 8 people) 4 rooms in total!!!!! And not even offered a voucher or rain check or anything to make it better or make us happier, unbelievable, so disappointed especially since we use n have used these holiday inn hotels for 10 years +

Location was good and close to casinos.

I had issues with lots of loud teenagers in the halls laughing loud and being obnoxious at 2 Am and the front desk didn't do anything to resolve this matter very unhappy with the results of how they seemed to not care at all very unprofessional and chances r won't stay here again.

The room was nicely remodeled and affordable. The on-site bar offered relaxing drinks. The hotel's location is unbeatable and very close to Harvest Church, situated in an amazing part of town.

The indoor pool area was very spacious and nice. Our kids enjoyed playing in the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub.

The ventilation system in the room sent my son into a week-long asthmatic flare. As soon as the air conditioner turned on, he started coughing. This cough continued all night and lasted at least a week. When we had him checked out, they told us it appeared to be an asthmatic allergic reaction. Since it started in the hotel room, I assume that is where he got it from.

The pool and hot tub were very popular with our kids. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Service in the restaurant was a bit slow and brash and the food was ok.

We really liked staying at this cool new hotel. The rooms had views overlooking the surroundings, not just the bar area. The food was well-priced and the bar was a great spot to hang out 🍹.

Room doors doesn't open easily..toilet got clutch and water flow all over the floor...need to call maintenance in the middle of the night...it was not worth the money....I was there with my family and it was not good for the kids, 7, 5, and 3 year old kids

I have just returned from a delightful stay in this brand-new hotel. Amazingly comfortable rooms. They care about guests, offer nice service and shuttle to the casinos. You can use free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

No hot water. Staff tried to accommodate us since we had a young baby. Room was suppose to be a king bed with a pull out couch. Apparently they do not have any of those rooms. Then we checked in we were double charged. Pool area is great.

Booked a room with a great view, the location is perfect and the staff is excellent. Rewritten: I reserved a room with a nice view outside, the location is fantastic, and the staff is impressive.

Didn't eat. Location and cleanliness is most important to me. The pool the restaurant great location.

some of the staff was not friendly at all. Made me feel uncomfortable. Desk staff was great.
